A free app with rice and curry in it.

Every member gets a Fitility account and the Fitility app, which builds AI workout and diet plans and counts calories for the food Sri Lankans actually eat: kiribath, string hoppers, hoppers, pittu, kottu, dhal curry, pol sambol and 145 local dishes in all, from the Sri Lankan Food Composition Database.

That gives members a reason to open your gym's app between visits, not just on renewal day.

  • Front-desk invites: register at the counter and the member gets an email invite to link the app.
  • Your plans stay yours: workout and diet plans your trainers give belong to your gym, and members lose them if they leave.

Questions from Sri Lankan gym owners.

Is there gym management software made in Sri Lanka?

Yes. Fitility is gym management software built in Sri Lanka by Ofeasy (Pvt) Ltd, with Zimantra Gym as its launch partner. It handles members, packages, billing in LKR, instalments, cheques, membership validity, branches, attendance and reports, and links every member to the Fitility fitness app.

Can members pay their gym fee in instalments?

Yes. A bill can have an instalment schedule with due dates and amounts, or a single due date for the balance. Each payment gets its own receipt number, and the member's paid-until date moves forward with every payment. The outstanding screen lists every unpaid balance.

Does Fitility support VAT for Sri Lankan gyms?

Yes. VAT is set per branch, so a VAT-registered gym sets its rate and a gym that is not registered leaves it off. Prices can include VAT or have it added, and individual packages can be marked as not VAT-applicable.

Does Fitility work with fingerprint or door access machines?

Attendance records, including device punches and manual entries, are live today. Door access devices from our hardware partner, a check-in screen for the front desk and a rotating QR entry pass in the member app are next on the roadmap. Devices and installation are quoted separately.

Can we move our existing members into Fitility?

An import tool for members, packages, payments and membership dates is on the roadmap, built first for our launch partner. Imported records keep a reference to the old system so an import can be re-run safely. Tell us what you use today when you request a demo.

Do our members need to download an app?

Every member gets a Fitility account so they can use the app, but you can register members at the front desk and the system emails them an invite. The app is free and includes AI workout and diet plans with Sri Lankan food, so members have a reason to open it.

How much does Fitility cost for a gym in Sri Lanka?

Is the system available in Sinhala or Tamil?

Not yet. The gym system and the member app are in English today.
