Fitility is gym management software for gyms and fitness centres in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and across the UAE. It runs members, packages, AED billing with 5% VAT, instalments and post-dated cheques, membership validity, branches and attendance. Every member also gets the Fitility app, with AI workout and diet plans in the cuisine they actually eat.

VAT, cheques, instalments and family packages are built in, not bolted on.
Set the VAT rate per branch and choose inclusive or exclusive prices. Each bill line keeps the rate it was charged at. Saved bills are never edited, only voided with a reason, so your records stay clean for your accountant.
LiveRecord cheques with number and date and mark them pending, cleared or bounced. Split a membership into an instalment schedule or set a due date, take any number of payments per bill, and see every balance on one screen.
LiveFitility works out each member's paid-until date from what they've paid. A 12-month membership that's half paid is valid for about six months. Add grace days per branch, and renewals start the day after the current term ends.
LiveEach branch has its own address and map pin, opening hours, VAT setting and packages. Facilities such as a pool, sauna or courts can keep their own hours.
LivePrice a package per package or per person, cover several people on one line, include facilities, and sell personal training by sessions or hours with the trainer recorded on the bill.
LiveGive line or bill discounts up to each branch's limit. Anything above it needs a manager's permission, and owners can get an email whenever a large discount is given.
LiveMost gym software stops at the front desk. With Fitility, every member also has the Fitility app: AI workout and diet plans, food photo calorie logging and a food library, built around how they eat.
UAE gyms train people from everywhere, so diet plans come in Gulf & Middle Eastern, South Indian, North Indian, Sri Lankan, East Asian or Western style, for non-vegetarian, pescatarian, vegetarian and vegan members, with allergy filters.
Roles for owners, admins, managers, front desk and trainers, with permissions you control. Staff sign in with a two-factor email code, and an activity log records who changed what.

Attendance records, including device punches and manual entries, are live today. Next, Fitility checks entry for you: a member gets in when they have a valid membership today, at that branch, for a package that includes the facility they're entering, plus your grace days.

Yes. Each branch has its own VAT rate, so UAE branches use 5%, and you choose whether package prices include VAT or have it added. Every bill line stores the rate it was charged at, so changing a rate later never changes old bills. Packages can also be marked as not VAT-applicable.
Yes. A cheque payment records the cheque number and date and has a status of pending, cleared or bounced. You can also split a membership into an instalment schedule, or set one due date for the balance, and see every unpaid amount on the outstanding screen.
Yes. One gym business can have several branches, each with its own address and map pin, opening hours, VAT setting, facilities and packages. Member and package lists can be filtered by branch.

Next on the roadmap are a rotating QR entry pass in the member app that changes every 30 seconds, a check-in screen for a tablet at the door, and door devices from our hardware partner.
