The calorie counter and AI diet planner that knows Sri Lankan food.

Fitility is a fitness app that builds your diet plan and workout plan with AI, using Sri Lankan foods like kiribath, string hoppers, pittu, dhal curry and pol sambol, measured in cups and pieces. Log meals by searching or by snapping a photo, train at the gym or at home, and start free.

Made in Sri Lanka by Ofeasy · Updated 28 October 2026

Most calorie apps stop at "curry".

Fitility has 145 Sri Lankan foods from the Sri Lankan Food Composition Database (Opatha et al., 2025): breakfasts, rice and curries, short eats, fruit and drinks, with calories, protein, carbohydrates, fat and fibre for each. Add USDA data for everything else and the library has about 2,000 foods.

Amounts are in household units: a cup of rice, a piece of hopper, a string hopper. Tap + or − instead of weighing your food.

Breakfast
Kiribath, string hoppers (idiyappam), hoppers (appa), pittu, pol roti, thosai
Rice & curry
Keeri samba and other rice, dhal curry (parippu), polos curry, fish ambul thiyal, chicken curry, mallum, pol sambol
Short eats
Parippu vadai, Chinese rolls, chicken kottu roti, godamba roti
Drinks & fruit
Milk tea, king coconut (thambili), kola kanda, wood apple, rambutan, mango

A plan in about a minute. Yours to change.

Answer a few questions and Fitility's AI coach builds both plans. You review and accept them.

AI diet plan, Sri Lankan style

Pick Sri Lankan cuisine and your diet plan is built from local meals that hit your calorie and protein targets. South Indian, North Indian and other styles are there too.

Live · AI

Food photo calorie scan

Snap your plate. The AI lists the foods and amounts, nutrition comes from the food database, and you fix anything before it's logged. Photos are never stored.

Live · AI

Gym, home or no equipment

Your workout plan fits where you train and your level (beginner, intermediate or advanced), with as many days a week as you choose and sets and reps in kg or lb.

Live · AI

Safe targets

Calories and macros come from fixed rules, not the AI. A health check comes first, daily calories never go below a safe minimum, and weight loss is capped at 0.75% of body weight a week.

Live

Swaps

Don't fancy a meal? Swap it for one with the same calories. Can't do an exercise? Swap it and keep the same sets, reps and rest.

Live · AI

Your diet, your allergies

Non-vegetarian, pescatarian, vegetarian with eggs, vegetarian or vegan, with filters for peanuts, tree nuts, wheat and gluten, and more.

Train at a gym? Bring it into the app.

Gyms that run the Fitility Gym Management System connect to your account. Scan your gym's QR code in the app to join, and your membership follows you. Zimantra Gym is the first.

Your data stays yours. Goals, plans and logs you create stay in your account if you change gyms. You can delete your account and data from inside the app, or by email.

Questions, answered.

Is there a calorie counter app with Sri Lankan food?

Yes. Fitility's food library has 145 Sri Lankan foods from the Sri Lankan Food Composition Database (Opatha et al. 2025), including kiribath, string hoppers, hoppers, pittu, kottu roti, dhal curry, polos curry, fish ambul thiyal and pol sambol, measured in cups and pieces. With USDA data for other foods, the library has about 2,000 foods.

How do I count the calories in rice and curry?

Log the rice and each curry separately, for example a cup of keeri samba rice, dhal curry, polos curry and pol sambol, and Fitility adds up the calories, protein, carbohydrates and fat. Or take a photo of the plate: the AI lists the foods and amounts it sees, and you adjust them before logging.

Is Fitility free in Sri Lanka?

Yes. The Free plan includes an AI workout plan, an AI diet plan, the food and exercise library, manual logging, 3 food photo scans and 3 swaps a week. Premium is launching soon at LKR 690 a month or LKR 4,990 a year, with a 7-day free trial on the annual plan.

Does Fitility work for vegetarians?

Yes. You can choose non-vegetarian, pescatarian, vegetarian with eggs, vegetarian or vegan, and filter out allergens such as peanuts, tree nuts and wheat or gluten. The AI only picks foods that fit.

Can I work out at home without equipment?

Yes. When you set up your plan you choose where you train: a gym, at home with some equipment, or no equipment at all. Your workout plan uses only exercises that fit.

Are my food photos stored?

No. Food photos are used for the scan and then discarded. You can delete your account and data from inside the app at any time.

Is Fitility in Sinhala or Tamil?

Not yet. The app is in English today.

Does Fitility connect to my gym?

If your gym uses the Fitility Gym Management System, you can join it from the app by scanning its QR code, and your membership will show in the app. Zimantra Gym is the first gym on Fitility. If your gym is not on Fitility, the app still works fully on its own.
